- Add granulated sugar.

- Place in a warm place for 14 days. The first 10 days the substance should be stirred three times a day.
- After 14 days, strain the contents, put the liquid in a container with a wide neck and cover with gauze. Infuse it for 2 months. After eight weeks, pour the vinegar into glass jars. The product should be stored in the refrigerator.
Production of apple cider vinegar on an industrial scale involves the preparation of the culture medium on the basis of fermented apple juice, which adds rectified alcohol in a concentration of 9.5-12 vol.
